The users of these connected objects will only have to pronounce “Hey Facebook” to activate this functionality and launch certain options while keeping their hands free.

Facebook’s connected screens, called Portal, will benefit from the activation of voice commands. This new feature will also be deployed on Facebook’s virtual reality headsets. The Oculus Quest 2 models will be the first to be affected.
