Microsoft announces the opening of a school in Rennes for March 2020. It will take up residence in the premises of Crédit Agricole d’Ille-ET-Vilaine, in Courrouze.
Several Microsoft AI (artificial intelligence) schools have already emerged in France. That of Nantes was scheduled for October 2019.
Free training
The digital giant launched this concept, in partnership with Simplon.co (digital training company). The school is aimed at job seekers registered with Pôle Emploi and offers them free and intensive training in data and artificial intelligence. Skills in demand today, at the heart of the digital transformation of companies.
On this occasion, a partnership is formed between the school, Crédit Agricole, and other Bretillian companies: Deltadore, Jouve, Lacroix, Ouest-France and Groupama.
Before Microsoft, Google opened its digital workshop last year in the city center of Rennes.
